Swine flu

My son was diagnosed with swine flu and quarantine has ended today.
It a scary thought but not such a scary experience since we are living in Muscat,Oman and we could get proper medication and attention on time. The health centre was quite efficient.
The thought is more scary than the incident itself. The fever responded to tamiflu within a day.
the only thing which we had to be careful about was preventing the infection from going further.
My son was confined to his room and I kept masks and tissues and sanitizers outside . Only I entered his room and made sure that I used masks with a tissue with axe oil on it. I used tissues to touch everything inside and used disposable crockery for him. This was to avoid the maid from getting infected and ensured proper disposal of all waste. Then I sealed the plastic bags , put them in double layers and threw it.
Immediately on coming out I sanitised my hands and then washed with Dettol.
This is the only precaution because the flu in itself is quite easlily overpowered.
Prevention of further recurrence can be ensured by having plenty of Vit C- I am. using amla and tulasi tablets for all of us
